Once a prophet said to me, "Little girl, you must train this puppy." And he handed me a puppy. Its black fur ever so soft and slightly dirty. "You must train it to be your companion one day. It will become the gratest ninja dog if you train it correctly." The prophet said. I asked in return, "What kind of puppy is this?" The prophet answered: "Little girl, this puppy is a wolf, and in return it will protect you. You have no family, and thus this wolf pup will be your fahter-figure."

"Why don't I have a family?" I asked the prophet. "...because I killed them. And now you will be raised by this wolf," he said as an answer to my question. He gestured to the wolf pup, it was now a full-grown wolf. "How did you do that?" I asked. The prophet's answer was this: "It was not I who did this, little girl, but was you who did. With the love you've already given him, your new father can now be in his original form. Go with him." And the prophet disappeared. My wolf-father nuzzled me and let me mount him; he ran with me to our new home.

I was with my new father, in our lonely cave. "When will I get to meet humans like me?" I wondered to myself. The wolf spoke to me. "Little girl, you have no name. You cannot meet other humans with no name." I was shocked at the sound of his voice, sounding hoarse and scruffy. "And why don't I have a name, Father?" I asked. "Because the prophet killed your family right after you were born," he answered, "but I shall give you a name, for you are my daughter."

"Father," I approached my wolf-father with the question, "what is my name?" He stirred and sat up, nuzzling me gently. "My dear child," he began to answer, "your name will be Sita. You will grow into a great protector one day. You see, Sita, you are only a child now, but you are still destined to become a wonderful woman." "I...I don't think I understand..." I looked at him confusedly. He sighed a grat wolf's sigh. "There will come a time when you will have to take care of me instead of me raising you." I realized finally what he was saying; my great wolf-father was dying.

I woke with a rude start, the dream of my past haunting me yet again. I don't know how I could remember a time when I was ever so little, seeing as I was now a young woman of the age of fifteen. I had awoken in the middle of the night, to the sound of my kin howling. My enhanced senses told me it was probably around two in the morning. I groggily sat up from my makeshift bed of animal pelts; I had gained them by hunting for rabbit and fox.
For a moment, the howling ceased and was replaced by soft whimpering. I pulled on another pelt - one made from bear - and creeped my way outside. Even though I was raised by wolves, I am still human. My long dark brown hair flowed into my eyes as I stepped out of the cave and into the light rain.

((I usually do, but the italicized text was part of Sita's dream. It just makes sense if you think about it. Plus, it was kinda the prologue to the story.))

Bleach Esan its the prologue? XD it makes sense now XD ((Yes, Sita's memory of her past in her dream was basically the prologue to the story. And it means ALL of the italicized text in the beginning.))
