After the monks of this temple were destroyed in the war, a group of refugees found it and made it their home. Now, it is home to a great number of people, and a common drop off point for those who have no place to live. The people here can often be found riding gliders around the mountain, kept in the air by heat vents scattered about the surface. Being a common place for orphans to be sent, the majority of the populace is under the age of eighteen.
The buildings here are old air nomad design, but with pipelines and machinery built into it, as the new resident's did not know how to harness power the same way the air benders did.
