The Brainstorm Thread! Hey everyone, it's Alice. Just letting you know that Flour is in alpha mode, meaning it's barely even begun developing and is not ready for full-fledged use until we get some more meat on its skinny forum bones. That's what this thread is for - let's brainstorm and get some ideas going. What do you want to see here? Got ideas for a new roleplay? Excited to see a blog thread? Interested in some forum games? Ummm, well, we should probably start with sub-forums. First should be one designated for RPs, next should be one for OoC chat. Then it can just.... go from there. =)

ON IT! I got this. Wow, guild-modding is kind of fun. Any ideas for a theme for a roleplay? Setting, time period, etc.?

Errr.... Sort of. Maryan and I had this one idea about a sci-fi/fantasy mixed RP set in an alternate future on earth. But that's all we really have. What do you usually RP?

Hm... I'm in like three School-based roleplays and one that just got started that takes place in these Wastelands/Ruins... Also in a vampire world one based on non-Twilight-like vampires (gag, Twilight) and I like general fantasy...
Elaborate!! Sci-Fi/fantasy crossover = ? I'm down with whatever you guys are in the mood for!

Well, in my, mildly twisted, out-there mind, I was imagining some futuristic city, riddled with crime. Authorities are not only having to deal with humans armed with the latest, most terrifyingly advanced technology, but fantastical beings of old....vampires, werewolves, the Fae, fallen,etc. And then, in the middle of it, there is a select group within the police force, who are much...different than the rest. Powerful and mysterious, they are the only ones actually making a difference in the fight to take back the city from corruption. And that's how the story starts....
Or something like that............. ;;;;;;;;;;

So Butterfly invited me a bit ago, and I havent any idea where my name came from, But it was kind of nice ^^
Anyway, I was reading the plotline for your Rp's and I had a question.
Would it be possible to add another race to the sect of Rogues?
I was reading the rp forum and I thought of an interesting creature set that would make excellent protagonists. Only problem is that they arent very well known, seeing as no one reads Lovecraft anymore. But either way, I will most likely join the Rp. Also, If you need any help from me, I will be more then happy to assist you in any way possible, just let me know.

Anne Rice was quite a good author. The Interview set was very well written. They Butchered the movie for the Queen though. Anyway, the thought was on Shoggoths. Let me see if i can find something like that.
