You know there are buttons such as "leave home" "profile" and "journal" when you enter someones house and your own?
Well... I think that there should also be a "Party" Button.
The owner of the house presses it, pays 10k.
2-5 others press it after, pays 10k each.
This will stop flooding of empty parties (whos gonna pay 60k for a party that is empty?) (less flood on servers!)
And the 60k is a good goldsink.
Now after the party button has been pressed by all 1-6 people, the houseing items will dissapear, the floor will be replaced with the black tile one, the wall too.
Then a option will come up to the host if they want stobe lights or not in the party (epiletic safety)
Then another option will come up, asking how long they want the party to be.

1 hour - already paid with the 20-60k.
2 hours - Extra 20k
3 hours - Extra 40k

Good goldsink considering LOTS of people go into towns for parties.

(Ofc you can still have lamer, free parties ;D)
