 When Team Rocket finally takes over the world, a lot of things are going to be changed. I know a lot of you grunts want things changed too, so this is a chance for every member of Team Rocket to post their ideas for change, both before and after we take over the world! Nothing is too big or small for Team Rocket to overcome! Let us know your ideas, so when the day comes, Team Rocket can make the world a perfect place! ((Basically, this is a "what would you do if you ruled the world" thread xD. Also post any ideas you have for the sub-forum here. They are welcome and appreciated.))

World Domination:
- Pokemon Centers would charge a price for all non-Team Rocket members.
- PC's are required to keep a database of trainers that use the PC's, along with a list of the Pokemon.
- Trainers under the age of 14 must supply monetary compensation to own Pokemon.
Subforum:
- Just for kicks, I suggest a standard 'Team Rocket Pokemon' -only battle contest.
- With some sort of prize for the winner. :] (Ekans, Koffing, Rattata, etc)

-Every time you use the PC,one of your pokemon must be offered to HQ or else.
-Harnest the power of every pokemon to create the ultimate pokemon.
-There will be fees in poke centers.
-Must have a liscense to own a pokemon, mainly only for Rocket members.
-Anyone caught without a liscense will be punished
Anyone that goes against the rules or authority of team rocket, will be punished
THE PUNISHMENT:
-A sort of gladiator battle with a random pokemon, the pokemon will be brainwashed or whipped to kill the punishee
