The man stares into the viewscreen his eyes a solid and serious stare, he raises a vial containing water, then pulls out a small metal box, covered in a glass shell "Once when Hokinsha was a little older and was being walked outside in public, he was restrained, on a leash and wore a filter mask as well as a bio suit." the man turns the camera so his hands could be seen, one holding a vial the other starting up a small recording to be watched along with the Scientist's hands. "They took him out for a the walk and this was when the people of the Village knew what was going on to somewhat of a degree, The villagers ended out paying a group of Village-less shinobi to assult the men and save the child from thier evil hands....Just watch as I work." The man starts to undo the small set of locks on the black glass covered box as te camer zooms into the other screen a little.

Prior described child almost completely covered, restrained in shackles and a leash positioned around his kneck, the bio suit is to big for someone of the young boys size, The boys eyes are quite nuetral to slightly self concerned, his hair a little messy, and green like moss. The View is obviously a small camera someone was wearing as a hand taps the lense and says "Test subject 67 seems to enjoys the beach, it appears we may have a place to bring him for rewards when he trains well." A response is said to the man along the lines of "We have no need to reward it, Its a weapon, this child doesn't need nice tings." The camera turns to a shinobi carrying what looked like a Katana twice his size over his shoulders, the man was smoking and wore what looke like a janitors uniform with a symboless forehead protector. To his lefts another Village-less Shinobi walks backwards and wth closed eyes, dressed in a martial arts guise and with tick black hair, the man looked quite indimidating. He spoke up saying "We have to Reward the boy or he won't understand when he's done the job right. also I remember hearing the boss's advisor Hitosorai talked about the fact that it was the boys birthday today maybe thats why. I gave him a pet dog last year." the man grinned a little and turned his head away from the others to continue focusing on walking carefully backwards.

The Camera man let off a slight sigh as the Ninja With the oversized Katana laughed along with two others and two scientest's takin constant notes on almost nothing at all. the Katana weilder said "You know I remember that, I though he brought that thing in himself, then again I couldn't tell what It was, good prank, hope you told him he'll have to learn to look after Pets before he gets another." The man laughed more with the rest of the people, even the camera man chuckled saying "That Is a little harsh, he couldn't keep a pet even if he tried with all his..." The Man yells as the camera fuzzes out as the man seem to whizz through his allies ranks. Noises of quick explosions and metal on metal are ringing in the background as the image is of a tree trunk for about half a minute, Then the camera shifts round to see two new shinobi standing over the Boy and a third chargeing at the cameraman. A struggle is obvious but to hard to make out before the Man with the camera is on the floor again watching the new people, his allies were unconsious and the scientests running to get backup, The child is backing away from the new shinobi raiseing his hands to signify for them to stay away.

The Shinobi appear to act friendly and one tries to calm the child down noticeing a stray kunai had sliced the childs arm. The shinobi walked him to the lakes beach to the water to cleen the boys wounds. One of the other new arrivals Removed the boys gasmask, there was a slight resistance but the man was an adult Hokinsha was but a boy. The child constantly tells the men to leave him alone, to let him run away and that it is not safe for them to be in the area, specificly the child doesn't want to be touched, however Hokinsha appears to start having a Fit. They get Honkinsha out the bio-suit so he can be comfortable in his normal clothes and not over heating as the bio-suit might help, as they attempt to calm him down as the boy is flailing and freaking out by this point. "His arms wound is turning green already, the Kunai must have been poisoned." One of the Shinobi said as the child flailed "We have to clean it." and with that the man stuck Hokinsha's bleeding arm into the water, some blood trailing off on the surface, not red but almost purple, the half unconsious cameraman actually watches the blood trail for a secound a he is obviously just pacified and can still move slowly, However noises coming from the man sound like unaudible speech meaning a broken jaw or punched in throat.

As the man cleens the boys wound they tried to quiet him down, all three shinobi are talking at once to try and quiet Hokinsha, suddenly as what they are saying is to muddled together to be heard properly over the screams, but quite suddenly they stopped, The Shinobi watched as the boy stood up slowly his face was appearing to be cold or frozen in an expression of terror and possibly anger. The Recording pauses as the storyteller has finished opening up the box,and a tiny little row of ten needles sat inside the box "Now I bet you saw the childs blood and were wondering what was up with its color, and what could that mean, Watch this." The man picks up a needle and gently dips it in a five litre bucket of water, he simply touches the water with the tip and pulls the needle back putting it back in the box. Then he points the camera back to the screen, "When this finishes, I'll show you something interesting. But watch this, this is the effects and powers of the weapon that was created, this Is Hokinsha in action."
