I just love how it's a dating sim, life/farm simulation RPG. You can get married, have children (in some cases even play as your child), raise crops and animals, attend festivals, woo the ladies/dudes... There's just so much you can do!
I was hooked on Harvest Moon 64. Tree of Tranquility stole so much of my free time when it first came out. Right now I'm in love with Rune Factory Frontier. I really like fantasy settings AND fighting...as well as some monster training. It is just perfect. heart

Harvest Moon games take up so much of my time. xD
Which has been your favorite so far? Oh! And what about the bachelors/bachelorettes?
You should definitely try out some of the Wii games. Do you play Rune Factory? 1 and 2 are for the DS. I haven't played the second one but Frontier is so awesome. My only big complaint is the camera should be closer to the character or do a set back view.

I <3 Harvest Moon, my friend let me barrow it, but I had to give it back, and she would have let me barrow it again, but her brother deleted my game :/ and we are poor right now, so my mom wont by it for me crying . ((I named my cow after her x3))

That sucks. :'(
I had to give up Poke'mon Stadium to get Harvest Moon 64. xD;
I named my chickens after characters from Beowulf. Wiglaf was my favorite. xD

Man, I love harvest moon and rune factory. They're such fun and chill games. The only downside is that I really suck at them so it either takes forever to beat them or I ultimately fail in some way or another. crying
But I love it never the less. 3nodding
