BWAHAHA I was just about to post China suplexing Shinatty-Chan!Russia along with a handful of other versions!

Also, the motivational poster with "YO DAWG" on it was simply a meme of the guy (Xzibit, I believe?) who hosted the show Pimp My Ride. At the end of each episode, he would present the new, pimped out car to the owner and usually say this kind of thing:

"(yo,sup) dawg, I heard you like X, so I put an X in your Y so you can VERB while you VERB!"

In this case, that's what the Switzerland Motivational is saying. xD
