Back story: As a young boy in the water realm he was raised in a noble family. But as he grew older he saw firsthand all of the corruption and lies that went on within the system, so now he rambles about wherever he may,to help those in need. However that generally means he has to defend the weak from royal soldiers. Which is where his skills with a bow come in handy, after all he can take an apple off a fence post at fifty yards. So they aren't much trouble but he is a wanted man. So he normally stays out of towns and has now taken up residence near the guru's hut to further his skills.
