Here you can talk to one of the school secretaries and register your dormitory, as well its a place to relax and meet with other students.
Upon entering the spacious room you can see a weighty desk, behind which sits a secretary, a large bulletin board with several posts on it, various species of plant life all potted, and comfy looking lounge chairs scattered around the room. Light comes from a few windows, with blinds blocking much out, and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The floor is carpeted in red and on the opposite side of the room there is a staircase next to an elevator, diagonal to the door you entered through there is another stair case, and one next to it which leads down. Behind the desk is a rack of keys and keycards. Maids are milling about making sure all is as it should be.
Notice Board:
~As of October 1st students must return to their dormitories by sunset at the latest.
~Students may not walk alone at night, nor is it advised to walk alone during the day either.
~Inviting strangers in after dark is prohibited.
Said changes to student guidelines take effect immediately and will last until further directions are given. If you have questions please speak with the headmistress Georgia Du Phane after sunrise or before sunset.

Otto entered the room and was quick to walk to the desk and find the clip board used for recording who had which dorm number. Then she pulled a pen out of one of the cups filled with them and wrote down her name next to a room, number 514, on the third floor section. The process took only a few seconds and the secretary, a blonde with a pencil behind her ear, stood and handed her the key to her new room. Otto looked at it then at the key card which was then handed to her, then thought about her powers which included manipulating other machines.
"Perhaps its best if I remove the card scanner from the door," She said to herself, then thought a bit more, "At least for now that is."
Signing up for a room and getting the key being done Otto headed off to start her work on her dorm room.

Jayden tripped when walking into the reception hall, "Ouch", walking up to the secretary, "523, please". As she signed him up, he took a look around and shrugged. He was signed up and left to go make his dormitory livable.

 Aurora skipped into the room and gave the reception room a wide scan. Mm, pretty nice she thought. I wonder what the dorms look like...
She stopped at the reception desk and waved, her face plastered with a smile. "Hi. Can I have the room 520?" she questioned. The receptionist nodded and dug around for a moment before handing her a card key. Aurora nodded happily to the woman and began walking away, giving a two fingered wave. "Thanks, ma'am!"

Hair falling into her eyes and her cap falling low, Ninotchka entered the dorm room facility. A light sweat breaking on her forehead, she hadn't been back there for at least three years. The muscles in her face tightened and her lips pulled into a crooked smile as she headed up to her room. She didn't need the key to 521, she'd never handed her key back in. Ninotchka's eyes darkened as she glanced at the key rack, they darkened more as she climbed the stairs. Even if she ended up renting another apartment in town, or buying a house, Ninotchka still needed to clean out her room and return the door key.
