BulbaNews ConfirmedThe Next gen Pokemon games, (Gen 5) are slated to release in late 2010 in Japan and are named White and Black. More information should be released on the 11th.

white and black? well I suppose they might be running out of simple names hopefully they are renamed ebony and ivory at least it sounds more refined.

The names aren't set in stone, and there's a good chance they could change slightly when they are officially translated into English

Ooh, shiny... I always thought black and white would be a good idea! But if there are Dark-type Pokémon, there should be... Light-type? Psychic usually seems to be cast as the opposite to Dark, but... I dunno.
