Welcome to the Guild art contest!
Here's the jist of it:
We will be holding an art contest (obviously xp ). The purpose of this contest is to recognize true DBZ artistic talent.
How to enter:
arrow All you have to do is send me a PM with the message and subject "I'm in!" and I will enter you. There will be no need for an entry fee, I will be donating the prize myself. Once we have at least 5 entries, we will begin.
Sending your entry:
You can do any one of these options:
arrow Send it to me by email to syffer@gmail.com
arrow Transfer the file by messenger to okrin_omega@hotmail.com
arrow Host the image on www.imageshack.us and PM me the adress.
Whatever you do, DON'T post it here or it will be deleted. This is to prevent people from copying or being discouraged by others.
Your entry must be drawn! Don't copy a picture and edit it. Trust me I can tell which ones are fake. You can draw it by hand or use a design program but draw from scratch (no editing). You must also state which program you used. Pictures that are identifed as fakes (edits) or not created by the contestant will be removed from the contest. To put it simply, don't cheat. It's not worth it. That's why the prize isn't that great.
Judging Criteria:
arrow The judges will be all of you! I will post all the entries once they are all in and put up a poll with the contestants' names as options. You vote for the one you like the most. You're allowed to vote for yourself but discouraged from PMing people to vote for you. Please try to vote for the entry that you find expresses the most artistic talent. Funny entries are allowed.
Contest deadline:
arrow I will not be accepting entries after January 31st, 2006. Make sure you send it before that date or you're out.
Prizes:
arrow 500 Gold for first and a random item for second. I know it's not much but that's the best we can do with no entry fees. Donations will raise the prize value. All contestants will receive a flash trophy animation for their siggies and the winner will receive a customized siggy animation.
Winners will be announced on January 5th, 2006 or sooner depending on how the contest goes.
If you have any questions, either PM me or post them here. Posting them here will prevent repeat questions and is encouraged.

One entry so far. Very disappointing. The prize is still 500 gold and a custom siggy animation for the winner but that can increase with small donations from everyone.

Since the deadline is passed and only one person has entered, the deadline is postponed until the end of January. I hope that will be enough.

sorry randomness well i wish i could participate but as you already know i dont have a scanner .. this sounds cool though 3nodding
