Making a banner isn't hard at all. You just need paint and a really cool image.

Hey link, maybe we should have a banner using the Planeswalker Symbol, and possibly the images from 5 of the planechase planes as a border around the symbol. That would be cool (Try to fit the images to the 5 colors... maybe like Serra's Sanctum, Minamo, The Fourth Sphere, Naar Isle, and Murasa...

My brain seems not to be functioning at the moment, due to lack of sleep. I think you need some sort of program to make a banner or something.

Paint is one of those programs and it works well enough. There are other programs that can make better quality images, but they don't have to be used. If you're talking about the linking a url part you just put : [url="some url"][img]"your image"[/img][/url] Your url usually is the site your linking, and the image is the image you're using. Hope this helps.
