Personality:Louis can be described as an eccentric, romantic thinking idealist, with only a bit of cynical behavior in his mood. He is kindhearted, and also a bit flirty, but he is usually not very serious. He believes in a fairy tale type love, and has plead chaste until he finds his true love, but still wouldn't mind a kiss or two. Or More.
Short background/history: Louis grew up to a traveling merchant family. He doesn't know where exactly he was born, and nor did his parents. Louis had, from an early age, been taught to accept everyone (especially customers) so he doesn't have any real prejudice against auldelen. Louis himself was raised to be a merchant, though he doesn't really consider it his ideal job.
Louis had always been a bit... off, typically noticing things others don't or making irrelevance into comedy. Louis typically will do odd-jobs on the side for fun, and he is very sociable, but can become secluded in large groups of people.
He currently travels with Djemaa El Fna, though he managed to find himself left in Cydonia.
