Make a character and start posting. ^^
As far as I know that's all you really have to do.
Follow the rules though.

Afraid, I can't help beyond that, as I don't RP myself.
You're welcome to start a new RP if you'd like, though it'll be slow to get going as it seems that no one really wants to post anymore.
