Ok, usually I 'll be busy doing stuff such as Homework, skating or being with family. So now I need some people to take some responsibility in the guild when Im busy.
Now your probably wondering, " How are you going to pick these people? ". Well, first off, Im going to pick a couple of people who invite ALOT of people. And whoever you invite, ask them to post in the "Welcome biggrin " announcement thread and post who invited them which would you if you invited them. Second off, you're gonna have to post some topics that'll get peoples attention and make them post as well.
Thats basically it. You dont have to donate to the guild or anything else except for the things I mentioned in this document. So yeah, go out there and do the things I just posted if you wanna get promoted to Crew and if you do even better, you might get promoted to Vice Captain.
P.S. The only reason I posted so small if for people who wanna read, read closely and understand.
