Welcome to the Palace of the Tsukiko otherwise known as Chief Palace. The Palace is mainly for reports, meetings, and voting for new things to be added into the city. Normally Axel and his friends hang out at the palace or go outside the palace and train on there water bending techniques. Aoi sometimes have some random events at times.
