Ace is solemnly honorbound. He does not believe in unnecessary violence or killing. Ace does, of course, hunt animals for meat to eat, and understands that doing so is necessary for others, too. He also believes it is right to fight - even kill - to protect oneself, or those one cares for; he is very protective of his lifelong human companion, who he intends to Bind after coming of age.
