I actually rather read manga then watch anime, except that its soooo expensive! So I was wondering what everyone is reading. I'm reading:
Fruits Basket
Alice's 19th
Full Metal Panic
DN Angel
Kare Kano
and some series that I occasionally borrow from friends.

Last month, i completes all 21 Rurouni Kenshin manga currently out. Freakin awe worthy!!

Personaly I think it depends on the manga. Sometimes the anime is better and others the manga. I'm currently readin Neon Genesis Evangelion. I love the series.

i just read the whole tokyo mew mew series except for the a la mode, because i heard it wasn't that good. mabye i can talk ikumi into making a tokyo mew mew 2 2nd generation where the origanal mews fight alongside their daughters or something! mrgreen

i think that sometimes the manga can be better, even though it is rather expensive, but sometimes if you read the manga first you get to see the original side of the story, take tokyo mew mew. they turned it into some weird cartoon and gave them english names. BORING.... xp

Yeah, I think that is a great example. I read the Tokyo Mew Mew Manga, and I rather enjoyed it. But the anime with the new names, and the voices didn't seem to fit. It was actually very annoying to me.

Fruits Basket & Gensomaden Saiyuki..
i bought the 3 first manga of Fruits basket and i just borrowed one Gensomaden Saiyuki manga..

I've been reading Naruto offline, some quierd Zelda Mangas I found online that are like one volume for each game, and also Case Closed!!! Case Closed I feel is an awesome manga!!! ((And Lupin the III if any of you consider that to be a manga))
