  The sun was blazing, a welcome condition for the two travelling companions, and the miscellaneous animals where busy at work, the tree's offering shade here and there but there was no doubt, it was hot. The two had been travelling some time now, together they had lost the younger bears and cousins and now they felt it time to regain connection with as many as possible. It had seemed suitable at the time, to leave the others to there own abide when the two had taken off and though they had felt the solitude welcome at the beginning it had quickly worn tiresome. They where of course creatures of caring, of sharing and intended for social living not solitude at all and here they found themselves making tracks with the faintest of familiar scents to follow.
"It's not wise to carry on for much longer without curing our thirst Trueheart... I hate to stop the progress for the day but..." Nobleheart found himself uncomfortable making the suggestions, he too joined her in wanting to rejoin the younger of there kind but could not ignore being sensible about it. However she had been driven to get there as fast as possible and seemed to be forgetting or dismissing things in doing so that he could not allow, he loved her, and he loved them but they had to take care of themselves if this mission was ever to see it's happy end.
Trueheart let out a sign "We need to find them! We've been gone so long..."
"We have indeed, but a little longer will see no harm come to them, Trueheart please... they've survived here on there own this long we have to consider ourselves..."
Shaking her head the mostly pink Saigh halting her weight and looking into his eyes, sometimes it seemed her companion was loosing his care for what was important but then... then she'd look into his eyes and realising he was doing more than enough caring for the both of them. About the things she found herself forgetting about... the two of them, there time alone had allowed far too much of that and since there decision to return she had put the selfish needs of the two of them away, just like they had in the beginning. Slowly she smiled and nodded agreement and moved closer to his side "Your right." Sniffing the air she indicated ahead and to the right "It's almost on the way anyway." Smiling she picked up her weight, layed a paw on his shoulder and grinned "Tag! Your it!" Giggling she started off in the direction of the nearest water source a jiggle in her sprint not to get caught.

Of course he'd taken up the challenge and the two had frolicked about the water hole in play for several clicks of the sun, it wasn't until they both lay on there backs relaxing in the water did they still once more.
"Your right, as always, we needed that." Smiling Trueheart shifted her weight so she slowly swayed her arms and legs about in the water, keeping herself a drift. Swimming slowly she approached Nobleheart and nuzzled his nose "I do get carried away sometimes, and I'm sorry, good thing your always here, else who knows what would happen!" Chuckling after her seemly heavy statement was brushed off so lightly she ducked up the water, took a drink then headed to the shore swiftly shaking out the water from her fur.
Shaking his head Nobleheart had opened his mouth to reply as she ducked under and found himself with a gently smile.
And without you I'd perhaps loose sight in the important things, caring above anything else....
So he too shifted his weight and joined her on the shore, with the two of them back in good moods and content with the pace of their life they carried on there adventure. By each others side with light conversation the miles paced by in the blink of an eye.

There travels that day seemed to fly by and before they knew it the sun was making a slow descend in the sky, it's hot rays starting to duck behind the horizon. With this came the pending chill of a cold night and in all there progress the two had lost each other in one another, keeping to there ultimate task but also dismissing natural urges most importantly...
A deep grumble emitted from Noblehearts stomach, a loud protest that instantly cut off there light conversation and caused him to look down a little confused at first.
Without missing a beat Trueheart erupted into laughter "I might sound a little like you here but I think it would be wise to grab something to eat" Calming herself she moved forward nuzzled him then found herself unconsciously puring, she too could feel the pangs of hunger firmly asserting themselves.
Nodding his agreement Nobleheart smiled to himself and together they searched for food, gathering up fruits and berries and stashing them in leafs that allowed for easy carrying large bulks a reasonable distance.
Together they found a small cave to hall up in the night, the progress and mood of the day setting there spirits high and as the sun made it's final descent from the sky the light of the moon glistened softly against there fur. They nibbled on berries and small fruits sharing there wishes at the end of the Journey.
"When we find them, then what?" Nobleheart questioned, it had been pondering over in his mind, when they did eventually find there kin what would happen?
"What do you mean, there are so many! I don't think we need worry about that just yet..." Trueheart was quick to dismiss the prospect, in her mind they'd spend the rest of there days finding each and everyone one of them, she was sure the love and caring would have spread by now and there would be kin that neither of of them had never even met.
Thinking it over the long haired Saigh shook his head "There is that... but after? And when we find them would we stay with them, invite them along? Claim a territory to gather them all up... There is still so much we haven't thought about..." Not having things planned and thought out made him nervous, he wished he could be so free hearted all the time as his companion and though he had his moments he always found himself with his thoughts more often than not.
Shrugging it off in her usual way Trueheart just continued to smile and snuggle up to her companion "We'll see when we come to it? I'm sure they'll all have there different" interrupting herself she found herself yawning and closing her eyes "there different life and choices, maybe we'll end up doing it all, maybe non of it, life full of games and surprises." Giggling she snuggled just about as close as she could to him and carried her smile into her imagination where she thought over each and every meeting and each of the bears and cousins flashed through her mind.
Wrapping himself as closely as possible and draping his tail over his partner, Nobleheart couldn't shift the doubt he had at the uncertainty of it all "I hate to admit it but I think I've grown accustom to not having surprises in our life... It's going to be very different, but..." Sighing he shifted his gaze to her and then he realised her breathing had slowed and steadied, there was no doubt Trueheart had fallen asleep. "But well... It doesn't matter I have you, good night TrueHeart, I love you."
