"Rosy-fingered Dawn (Eos) when she appeared might have found them still in melting mood, but Athene of the gleaming-eyes turned her thought to another stratagem. She held back the night to linger long at the horizon, checking Eos of the broidered robe at the edge of Okeanos and bidding her not to yoke as yet the rapid horses that bring men light, Lampos and Phaithon, the young steeds of Eos . . . When it seemed to her [Athene] that Odysseus had has heart’s content of both love and sleep, forthwith she roused up Eos (Dawn) of the broidered robe from Okeanos to bring light to mankind again."
Eos; goddess of the dawn and the dew

Eos was the daughter of Hyperion and Theia, making her a Titaness. She was the sister to Helios, titan of the sun, and Selene, the titaness of the moon. She symbolized the morning, dawn. She would get the world ready for her brother. She would fly through the sky, while her brother had a chariot. Eos was one for her men. She dated Orion and Ganymede, the heroes. She also dated Ares for awhile, before Aphrodite became jealous and cursed her. She would only fall for young men. She fell for a man, and asked Zeus to render him immortal. But she did not ask for eternal youth, and he grew old. She was also the mother of all the stars, with Astraeus, her husband.
Her cabin is only for morning lovers. It's slightly humid in the cabin. Light comes in here early, symbolizing the arrival of Eos to the sky. The walls are a white, close to a yellow, and the floor is carpeted. Around the cabin, each morning the tears of your mother, dew, can be found in the grass.
