I wondered if there's a certain ritual / practice / etc that you do on a regular basis? Why do you do it on a regular basis? Do you feel there is any other benefit apart from personal gratification with it?

I guess I'll start. sweatdrop
I try to perform a daily ritual, which includes offerings. I've found that it really sets a mood for everyone in the home, I'm doing my part to placate my gods, and it motivates me to keep a clean home. biggrin

There's not really anything I do, or would really even have time to do daily. I've got mostly nothing for tools here, and even less time. *shrug*
However, I never fail to perform a protecion prayer for myself and my comrades any time I go on a convoy, and I never, ever roll out without my holy medallion.

I meditate every day. Or at least, I try to.... sweatdrop Often before or after my meditation, I'll make a small offering and have a little chat with my gods. It's good stuff....

Something I try to practice regularly is to just talk to the god and goddess like I would talk to a friend about how I'm doing what's going on with me.
I normally do this out loud but sometimes just think my conversation in my head depending on how I'm feeling and who is around to hear me sometimes I do this in front of my alter but normally in bed while I'm relaxing.
I also like to do guided relaxation while I'm trying to sleep that is a normal practice of mine.

I just try and see the beauty of my surroundings on my walk/cycle to uni. I do sometimes do cleansing baths after particularly negative days. I just don't really have the organisational skills to find time every single day for much.

I used to meditate everyday for a short time when I got home from work. When I still lived with my parents I could guarantee that I would not be disturbed for the hour I was soaking in the bath tub. Though that is not possible these days as I'm living in a flat share and still in a mess of cardboard boxes I've not finished unpacking. Though I do try and keep up the daily meditations, it helps me unwind at the end of a hectic day.

Try to keep up with daily meditations (or some form of trance work), esp trying to help with the uber hard past near year. I am slowly tryin to get back into practice which will mean a dark and full moon ritual every month -_-'
