hi im nezul stressed no s**t dumbshit, and this thread im gunna post one helpful tip a day... or night sweatdrop really i would've never guessed... mad hey stfu and sit down im being nice here grrrrrr
so my first helpful tip of the day, self of steam, personally my self of steam is through the rooofff!!!! burning_eyes don't look to closely cause you may die from my awesomeness. this is my tip of the day and its what i do, if you think alll you have is bad qualities tried to find a positive for it, like my lisp for example irl i have heavy s's and i cant say th sounds cause i have a super long tongue positive... i can use it to please women xd and since i don't have any sense of smeell cause my nose has been caughterized to the max i use it to smeel with my extremely accute sense of taste... and the other part is for tommorow since its a whole new tip 3nodding

now today is definitely 100% break up tips...
1) how to know when a break up is in order
well obviously if its a guy he no longer respects and treats you like s**t and forces you to do things, or doesn't do anything himself and expects you to be his mother... its slightly obvious, and if your a dude, grow a set and stand up for yourself, don't break up with her unless she does something that'lll never change like being a completely different person than you are and you hate the kind of person she is, that5s what happened between me and audra i'll talk to her every so often but it's preety rare.
2) how to break up, if your afraid for your life, text it, then block the number, or destory your phone and change your number and get a new one trust me its totally worth it. phone calls if it was just like a few weeks, anything else do it in person seriously if you have no self-respect the person will resent and hate you.
3) if that person continues to live in the past and can't get over you... DO NOT GO BACK TO THEM! scream i hate that when people do it, my buddy kyle has officially lost his right to be part of the male species becuase his girlfriend cheated on him multiple, and i mean multiple like litterally well over a hundred times, they are now engaged and getting married... wanna know what i did, i ninja slapped him in tha face and kicked him in the nuts and tore off his shirt. that was his punishment for not telling his friends, and ryan who was his bff at the time that was happening aswell, he lost the right to be called a man that was just an example but you should understand the message behind it.

alright now for a personal tip mostly for myself and my dumbass size and super pride grrrrrr stressed staying calm in stressful situations... its hard i know. now personally i sing rightnow by korn and imagine im killing the person which is pretty normal for humans to do.... i think sweatdrop but other strategies, try to take your mind off it, jump up and down and count from 20 backwards.... trust me its not as easy as it sounds it really makes you think... and if its not enough jump and do a 360 every second number. also do not lose your cool, sadly in todays day and age you can get sued for looking at someone wrong stare sadly its true it happened to a friend.... so gay. also if your gunna actually kill them don't get caught you retard stare
