Ok, obviously, here, there have to be some rules.
Rules for Starting an RP
1. It has to be cartoon related
2. Do not make it follow Rule 34, things like that ARE NOT accepted. If you do not know what Rule 34 is, it is, "If it exists, there's a porn of it." Everything must be PG-15 and below.
3. You must send me a PM before you start an RP, following this format:
RP Name:
Description:
Cartoon(s) You're Using:
Characters Needed:
Any Other Info:
4. Please keep up with your RP!!! There is nothing more annoying then owners of the RP letting it hang.
5. Do not replace a position without first asking the person being replaced!
6. Please post rules in your RP...there has to be order!!

Rules for Participating in an RP
1. Follow the owners rules <-This is key!!!!
2. Stay on topic
3. Keep up with your part, don't leave it hanging. And if you have no desire to continue with the RP, please tell the owner so that they do not have to chase you down and ask you if they can replace you.

FAQ
Q: Can there be characters added into a roleplay that are not already in the show? (ie. another Powerpuff Girl, a new villian, etc)
A: There can be ONLY if its needed...but there can be no more than three added characters and you must PM me about it before hand, including who is the character, what role will they play, what is their significance, and how their role is vital to the story line.
