About:
Kaho is very sweet and exceptionally kind-hearted. She can easily sense other people's emotions and tries her best to be empathetic to all those around her. She rarely holds a grudge and is always willing to forgive anyone who does injurry to her (be it physically or emotionally). Because she has her house filled with her favorite flowers, Kaho smells like a sweet flower herself, and, as such, has earned the nickname "Hanahime" (or Flower Princess) from her friends. Kaho's dream is to meet "Mr. Right" and to become a professional Florist, eventually opening up her own Shop.
What most people don't know, is that Kaho is actually a ghost, who must eat tiny glowing crystals in order to maintain her physical form. The crystals were given to Kaho by her grandmother, just before Kaho's untimely death. It is said that they were originally the tears of a beautiful angel, and took their current form (as crystals) when they fell to Earth.
Kaho was murdered nearly 400 years ago, by the hands of a wandering samurai. The man had sought to claim her as his wife, but she rejected him. Overcome with rage, he kidnapped her and took her to a river near a field of flowers some miles away from her village. There, the samurai threw Kaho into the water and held her under until she finally died, leaving her body behind for the villagers to find some days later.
