A little, good actors but I'm kinda getting sick of the remakes that promise the world then give mediocrity. I loved AvP, the title says it all Aliens and predators kicking the s**t out of each other! But PG-13?! WTF!
Then AvPR was just a big WTF! is it too much to ask for character I give a s**t about?

or good lighting for that matter i couldnt see what was going on for like half the movie

Yea but that is a staple of all the pred/alien movies. Predator 1 you only ever saw the thing in the very end, aliens you saw them but always in the shadows and with the strobe lighting you couldn't see beans. I liked the lighting in AvP I thought the movie was perfect except they made it PG13 and should have had an extra 15 minutes of character building before the action started.

I agree that Requiem should have been brighter but that is the lesser of the movies evils, and I won't start on the other evils as I start foaming at the mouth when I talk about AvPR
