I reccomend only buying unpopular items (like the bear pajamas and August 2005 letter) if you can get it for a really cheap price or else you will have a lot of trouble selling it.
I bought a bear pajama for 7.5k and luckily sold it about 4 days later (>>;...) for 7,550g. I set it on the market for 7.5k (which was the lowest on the market, and 2.5k lower than the next price) and couldn't get anyone to buy. So even if it sounds like a great deal I caution you as I had a lot of trouble getting them sold.

I'd agree on the unpopular item saying. I made a flat 6K on were tail.

I'm really good with the crappy items. I can usually get them for about 6k less then the market price, and they sell in a few days. If its a donation item, only buy the letters not the actual item.

I've never even tried selling those PJs.
Selling my human labcoat was a HUGE pain. No one at all wanted it!

anyone remember back in 2004, in like may and june. Well I got a bunch of those just coming items and noone liked them; I had to sell about 30 items from april, may, june, and march.... and I did it in marketplace, that was a hard sell. Took about a 3 weeks.

i bought a pandy for like 3k when it was really expensive and then i couldnt sell it at all. ive tried so many times. i dont think ive ever sold anything on the exchange, just bought
