Since there is a lot of complaints about the opacity of the Central Committee, I make a motion that one of our many vacant subforums be used to post motions that are presented here, so that the guild-members can criticise it so that we get their opinions on it, and then post in that thread, the result of voting on that issue.
Exceptions would be bannings, and other judicial issues.
