So that Aeriim (or I) can have a bit of an easier time certing your CYO pets from the opening event, please post the following form in this thread!
Remember, you MAY color for others, but you may only end up with TWO pets total under your guardianship! Cosplays are allowed, but must be approved by Aeriim. Please keep in mind that if you plan to RP a cosplay, their character must be adjusted to fit within the world of the Heartgems!

no... you fill out that form if you have colored a pet and cannot cert it
sorry!
watch the main thread for event sales and contests if you can't color
or you can see if anyone is willing to make you one.
