The Altar of Naught The Altar of Naught is an area in the Castle That Never Was. It is a giant tower that is high above the rest of the castle. Xemnas often comes here to speak to Kingdom Hearts.

A portal of Darkness opened as the pink haired girl was dumped upon a plate. A ground made of multicolored glasses that seemed to glow of their own accord. Hands cringing with exhaustion, the last thing she could remember. It was...what was it. Her right hand sprawled out above her cupped into a fist, clenching at nothing. Hearing the slow squeak of the glass as her fingers ran across it, curling inwards toward her palm. She tightened her arm and tried to push away from the ground but nothing happened. She couldn't bare to lift herself. Her face only seeing the glorious light of the floor panes staring her in the face. That was it, that's where she was last. The light reminding her of when she illuminated the ballroom. She was at Beast's castle, in the Ballroom. Senrai was there, and Vanity. And several others she didn't know. The last memory she had was leaving the ballroom, nothing else after that. Not even going into the hallway afterwords. She just seemed to have vanished. "ugh..agh..." She grunted as she placed the palm of her left hand upon the ground. Rotating her fist onto its knuckles as she pushed with her right hand as well.
Her body slowly began to rise from the cold illuminated floor of wherever she was. her hair falling about her head as she got her upperbody to a point that she could sit comfortably on her rear. Legs tucked comfortably behind her, head still hung in exhaustion. Hair covering her face even more. Her hands seemed attached to the ground now, lifting herself taking on more energy than she would have ever liked. She drew deep breaths as she continued to stare at the floor. Eyes wide, mouth wide panting like a dog who had run to much. Still confused as to how she got here, wherever here was. Then came the noise that would arouse her suspicion. The sound of feet squeaking about the glass around her. Something else was there, but what. She was almost to tired to even care, but the noise grew louder as if it was growing closer. No, the faint one was still there, it was another sound. There was more of whatever was making the noise at first. Having no other choice Serah lifted her head to see.
Strands parted like the red sea as her head lifted, falling towards either side of her head to clear her vision. Allowing her amber colored eyes to shine through the mass of sakura colored hair. Only a few strands lay in wait about her face as her eyesight adjusted to a blur of white that was before her. Strained from staring at the glow of the glass floor. The mass of white was wiggling and hopping back and forth. As her eyeline adjusted she was shocked to see that the mass of white was a field full of nobodies. The most common ones to see but Nobodies nonetheless. What were they referred to as, a Dusk. The most primitive type of nobody, most upper levels are threatened with being turned into a Dusk as a form of punishment. Shows how terrifying they were, but in this case they held the upperhand. Serah was of course exhausted, and if not terrified by her predicament. And now she was surrounded by a group of creatures that probably wanted her dead.
"That's just my luck...." She spoke as she watched the Nobodies continue their idiotic back and forth dance. Over and over again reflecting their actions. Mindless drones, they probably weren't given any orders. So they knew not what to do in this situation. At least that is what Serah thought, but she would be sadly mistaken. The fat were that these Nobodies were awaiting orders from a higher ranking Nobody that they hadn't seen in a while. Their master having vanished from existence a while back. "Wel...come on then..." She spoke through heavy pants, the air brushing more strands from her face. The Nobodies did as they were told and took off towards Serah. Each one piling on top of her already exhausted body forcing her back to the ground. Her face colliding with the hard surface of the cold glass. She lay still, unable to move from her exhaustion and the wight placed upon her.
Then came the voices, these nobodies were actually speaking to her. Whispering words that seemed to resonate in her mind as true. Words she remembered speaking before, but could not remember the place nor the time. Not even who she spoke these words to, just the words are what sounded so familiar. Her eyes flung open in dismay as the images seemed to flood in. The nobodies from before compiling inside of her, each one maintaining a memory she had long forgotten. Before long they were all gone, sprays of diamond light twinkling about the woman as she stood. Her weariness gone now, her outfit having changed to one that was severely less modest. Considering what she wore before, her outfit now was an abomination to what clothing should be. Not but white heeled boots, a pair of unbuttoned white shorts and a green tanktop. Her eyes shifting from a pale green to a bright gold. "So...it was a lie..."
Her memories conflicted strongly in her mind, a Nobody had no feelings. But she was certain that she did. Turning from where she stood, Serah began to walk away. A portal of pure darkness opening before her as she walked in. Not the slightest bit of fear within her heart. She would have to confirm two things with herself now. The first being the most important, did she have any feelings. And that would reside with one person and one person alone. A young man she had met who was fond of Sea-Salt ice cream. Someone whom's face she would never forget. Stryder. The second, would be the end of that ever annoying Vanity. Xerah was back, the Organization's C. [/exit]
