As for this guild there are a few things I must put down as necessary. If you follow these guildlines there will be no problems.
1.) Follow TOS (It's pretty simple really)
2.) PG-13 (I mean it!)
3.) Respect for everyone!
4.) If you join to just to win prizes then please reconsider...if I am the only one handing out prizes then it will take forever for me to save up more gold for the next giveaway.
5.) If someone posts rules for their contest/giveaway/charity, please do follow them.
6.) Topics should be related to what we stand for.
7.) Have fun!

One last thing I have forgot to mention. You can join to win prizes but please try to do something in return or at least do not encourage every member to join just for that reason. I do not personally benefit in any contest or charity held for I will not participate in any of the events in order to allow other to win the prizes instead.
