Rosewater Toner Rosewater and witch hazel are excellent choices for sensitive skin. They are gentle and not as drying as alcohol-based toners and astringents. Rosewater can be found in drugstores and natural food stores.
• 4 tablespoons rose water • 2 tablespoons witch hazel • 2 tablespoons distilled water
1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a clean container with a tight-fitting lid. 2. To use: Apply to your skin using a clean cotton pad after cleansing.
Anti-Aging Cream Don’t forget an important part of the complexion: your neck. This evening neck cream is rich in skin-conditioning oils. For soft, smooth skin, massage a small amount into your face and neck nightly.
• 2 tablespoons coconut oil • 1 tablespoon olive oil • 1 tablespoon grated cocoa butter • 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
1. Mix all ingredients in a small pan and heat gently on the stovetop until the mixture warms and just begins to melt. 2. Remove from heat and stir until completely melted and mixed. Pour into a clean jar with a lid. 3. To use: Massage a small amount into your neck and face at night before going to bed.
Gentle Cleanser This gentle oatmeal cleanser is a good alternative to harsh soap. The cleanser’s soothing properties make it especially good for sensitive or mature skin. • 1 cup whole milk or soymilk • 1⁄2 cup whole oats • 1 tablespoon honey
1. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. 2. Pour into a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator. 3. To use: Place a small amount in the palm of your hand, then gently massage into your skin. Rinse well with warm water and pat your skin dry.
Antioxidant Mask Blueberries are a superfood, but they also help our complexions when used topically. This mask is full of antioxidants that neutralize the free radicals that break down skin cells. • 10 to 12 blueberries, fresh or frozen • 1 tablespoon honey • 1 tablespoon whole milk or cream
1. Mash or blend berries with honey and milk. 2. To use: Using a pastry brush or your fingers, spread mixture over clean skin and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Refrigerate any leftover mask.
Restoring Mask As we age, our skin becomes drier. This moisturizing mask plumps up dry skin with egg yolks, which are an excellent source of skin-softening lecithin. If you have extremely dry skin, use weekly. • 1 egg yolk • 1 teaspoon olive oil • 1 to 2 tablespoons mashed avocado
1. Mix all ingredients and stir until smooth. 2. To use: Spread on damp skin. Let sit 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water; pat dry.
Exfoliating Mask Beans are rich in protein, potassium and iron. The beans in this red bean cleansing mask will do double duty, cleansing and softening for fresher skin. Save extra ground beans in an airtight container. • 2 cups dried red kidney beans • 1⁄2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt • 1 teaspoon honey
1. Grind beans in blender or food processor to a fine powder. 2. Mix 2 tablespoons bean powder with sour cream and honey. Stir until you have a smooth mixture. 3. To use: Spread over clean skin and let sit 10 minutes. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry. Refrigerate any leftover mask.

Ya that does, thanks. Toner is good to use after you wash your face. I believe the correct order is wash, toner, lotion.

Oh, I'll bet my eczema would have no choice to back off with that witch hazel toner. <3 I'll be trying that next week.

D_Marx Oh, I'll bet my eczema would have no choice to back off with that witch hazel toner. <3 I'll be trying that next week. Please tell me how it goes, because I think I have it (or something close to it) and I honestly am scared of putting some strange chemical on my face.
