I'm a Johto trainer who relocated to Hoenn. In other words, my favorite Pokemon games are Gold, Silver, and Emerald.

Nintendo 64: Hey you Pikachu(i hate pikachu..but it's a good game), Pokemon Gold/Silver. (i forgot the other ones >.>)
Gameboy Color: Red Version,Blue Version
Gameboy Advanced/SP:Gold,Silver, Crystal, Red Version(newer) and Blue Version(newer).
Gamecube: Pokemon Colosseum, Pokemon XD.
Ds: Pokemon Pearl/Diamond/SoulSilver/HeartGold/Ranger
Funny story though, In Every Pokemon Game i play..i NEVER catch a Pikachu.. biggrin

You can also catch a Pikachu in the Safari Game just outside of Lilycove City in Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.
In FireRed/Leaf Green, you can find them in the Viridian forest.
I am just trying to remember where you can catch them in the Sinnoh region games...I know it isn't along Sinnoh's "route 4", meaning just passed Sandgem. That's where the lion cubs are. And I know they aren't at the Valley windworks because that's where Pachrisu are found.
Aha! Now I remember! There is a mansion just South of Hearthome City. In the "trophy garden" in the tall grass, you can find a lot of them there as well as Starravia and Roselia. Try and speak with the warden there first, which is in the mansion the first door on your right.

I've always been in love with Sinnoh. heart heart
I have the worst luck in Unova, except I did get pretty far, but I can't go through ANY caves without getting lost cat_sweatdrop
Sinnoh I have better luck in caves, but ever since I got to Snowpoint City, the game seems to hate me, because I can't catch anything, even when I used an Ultra-Ball on a freaking Ching-Ling when it's health was in the red, so naow I just play around.

I love all of the Pokemon Games. Some are better than others, but this new Pokemon White 2 game that just came out is really, really good.

Hmm... That's a tough one! But if I were to choose my Favorite Pokemon Game(s), it would have to be:
Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald
So the Hoen Region.
