Yay! I'll do my best to help! *thumbs up*

Anyway, one of the usual differences between guy and girl eyes are shape and eye lash definition. Guy eyes tend to be narrower, though this is not always the case, and usually lack the same volume in eye lashes. Guy eyes, in most cases, have sharper edges and/or a rougher look to them while girls eyes are more rounded and/or gentle. Also, most people don't make men's eyes as shiny as girl eyes but this is more a matter of preferrence.

Romano's eyes are basically two nearly straight unconnected lines for lashes, the top lash being thicker. The top and lower halves of his iris usually aren't drawn showing which makes him look more like he is thinking and not surprised/goofy/happy/etc. the way N. Italy looks(but this depends on what sort of emotion you want to express). If you want to express surprise it's a good idea to show the entire iris (the pupil usually gets smaller or larger depending on the type of surprise.) just make sure you pay attention to the other facial features and always keep the character's personality in mind. However, cutting the top and bottom halves off to much leads to a different expressions so just practice the eyes to and think of what emotion you are wanting him to be expressing.

It also really helps me to draw an outline first to make sure I have the eyes, nose and mouth in the right spots. Outlines are important for the rest of the body too. When doing an outline use a lighter lead pencil and don't push hard.

Also, facial feature can determine how the eyes look. Thicker eye brows and rougher features (defined chin, cheek bones, etc. and vise versa for girls) can help make a drawing look more masculine. As can posture.

Romano's eye brows are usually just two thick lines. . .not bushy though (usually frowning or angry ^^;; )

Try looking closely at reference pictures and see the different techniques used for different types of men. Once you can see these differences practice drawing them in your own style and have fun with it ^^

Sorry, I don't have a step by step picture to show what I am saying. I'm still working on using my camera to download pictures (it's not going well). Let me know if this helped in anyway or if something was unclear or if you still have any questions. Thanks ^w^

How can you upload a Paint picture onto anything, like gaia or DeviantArt?

Hmm, well I'm not really good with computers . . . like, at all emo But I'll try to be helpful. I'm not sure about DeviantArt (don't have one) but if it's anything like photobucket or most sites there should be some sort of upload button. That should let you look through the pictures you have on your computer and let you choose which one to upload to the website. But like I said I'm not really sure. . . What have you tried so far?

For ponytails Make the base small. The band squishes down hair in that area. The best way to draw ponytails is to look at photos of them or put your own hair in a ponytail.

I think your Italy mochi is very adorable. I tend to put something like blush lines underneath high on their cheeks, but that's up to you to decide.
