Rather like the library on the second floor but with a computer room and better furniture and lighting. The computer room has all the latest versions of computers and electronics as well as full access to the internet. The books here however are filled with only information on mental diseases and medicine as well as books on different substances. This area is restricted to patients and only the doctors carry a key to the room.
