A Draconian shuttle warps in near the station on it is the planetary governor, Magistrate Halion of Neo Gadalya 3 to visit the station built over his planet. The shuttle awaits clearance from the station.

Luna 5's Command Center told the shuttle to land in the 3rd hanger bay. On the outside of the station a few M1 Customs are watching over some workers working on the beam cannons.

Magistrate Halion's shuttle lands in the 3rd hangar the doors open and two Templar Knights walk out and stand on both sides of the door. The Magistrate herself walks out and extends her hand she is a tall, but fragile Calcinian woman she has assumed the form of a Human woman but her skin has a slight blue tan to it which is a teltale sign of a Calcinian with little experience of shapeshifting, a natural Calcinian racial trait, however she is well versed in diplmacy she welcomes the Federation forces to Draconian space. "Greetings, I am Mgaistrate Halion of Neo Gadalya 3, we welcome you to Draconian space on behalf of the entire Empire."

Meanwhile a small defence force warped out above the federation base.

This is the, DNS Quhab, we are here to protect you our group consists of three dreadnoughts including this one, forty fighters, and thirteen ADWSs don't be alarmed we will setup a patrol routine designed not to interfere with fighter and Mobile Suit launches you can continu your research in peace.

The GFS.Soultaker exits hyperspace and it heads it Luna 5.

"Luna 5, this is GFS.Soultaker requestion permission to dock."

A message from Luna 5's Command Centel

"Roger Soultaker, you can clear to land in Ship Hanger bay three."

Then the GFS.Soultaker slows down and its goes and land in the 3th Ship Hanger Bay.

Commander Lee goes and opens his office's room. Right then he sees korisho and he slatues hin. And korisho slatues the commander back. Commander Lee walks in so he wouldn't block Halion from enteing the room.
