The food is prepared by a select few nurses chosen by Keillor. It is neither disgusting nor five-star. Each meal is chosen that day and all the patients are required to eat the same thing. Medication is given before they walk in the door and afterwards as well whether they were told to or not and no one knows exactly what is in the needle. Food is served at the front just as you walk in and there are eight rows of long tables and benches to sit at. There are specific times when you eat and you will be informed when you are to post here to ensure that everyone meets here.
