Tips and Tricks.
Now, everyone knows the pokewalker is meant to be used by, well, walking. Regardless, some don't have the time to walk that much, or are just plain lazy. Therefore, I shall be posting different ways to get watts without walking, ya lazy gits. I encourage others to let me know of any ways you have heard of as well.
1. By far the most popular I've heard of, taping it to a fan. Usually right in the center works best, as there is less chance of it flying off. Also clipping it to bicycle spokes and spinning the wheel may work, though I wouldn't suggest riding the bike with it clipped on.
2. Clipping the walker to your shoe/sock and tapping your foot. I find this method the best as I can do it while I drive to and from work.
3. Holding the walker and shaking it in a circular motion. Not sure how this one works. I've never gotten it to work for me but I may be doing it wrong. Try it out and tell me what you think.
4. Wearing it while you sleep. I've heard this only twice now. For those that toss and turn a lot in their sleep, you could earn some extra watts during your sleep. Also a good way to see how much you move about when you sleep.
5. Tossing from hand to hand, or tossing and catching. This is simple yet works amazingly well. Just toss it back and forth between your hands or toss it a bit in the air and catch it. For those that want to learn how to juggle, borrow a couple of friend's pokewalkers and have a blast.
