This RP is set in the world of Aphaena, any race is acceptable except gods. I won't create a story straight away, however, I will be adding areas that have major plotlines eventually that will slowly create the story, my character will be the center of the story, if you wish to be included PM me. =3

Aphaena was created by the Aetherians, ancient beings of great technological and magickal prowess. However, with every civilization, there are those whom wish to brin it down from within. The Gigans were Aetherians turned demon by dangerous knowledge. The Gigans drove away the Aetherians at the cost of being sealed away. This RP includes both magic and technology, feel free to be creative. ^^

Here are some races that are acceptable, but feel free to create your own, there are no angels. =3

Humans: Your regular human being.

Gigans: Aetherian’s whom sought out a darker path apart from their brethren. Discovering and researching the forbidden knowledge of Demonology, they gained great evil power, which in essence allowed them to become far more demonic than their original bodies. Unable to become gods, they warred against their brethren, eventually being imprisoned. Lesser Gigan are simply referred to as Demons.

Aquis: Webbed hands and feet, with two gill-slits on either side of their neck. While some of them do develop magic abilities, for the most part, everything they do is natural. When underwater, they can breathe through gills upon the side of their necks, siphoning oxygen from the water and replacing carbon-dioxide in their lungs which is expelled in air bubbles from the nose. Their eyes have adapted to see well in the dark when in deep water. They're amphibians, basically, cold-blooded. The colder it gets, the lazier they get. The fins on the sides of their heads, while being expressive, are actually filters that differentiate between different types of sound waves. Their actual ears are behind said fins. They're entirely sea food eaters, with two rows of very sharp teeth capable of biting through the hardest of crustacean shells. They prefer to catch their dinner fresh, and eat it while it's still alive.

Avian: A bird-like race. Like the Dofeli and Ikeri, each Avian varies in appearance - from the tiny sparrows to the greatest eagle... And even rarer, the Phoenix Avians who have the ability to see into the future without a magic medium such as Fire, Water, or Wind.

Dofeli: Dofeli and Ikeri both vary in appearance, from almost entirely feline - albeit a bit larger - to rather Humai with a few feline traits. Dofeli prefer warm climates. Though some appear to have bare skin, in truth, they usually have very short fur covering their entire body, with tufted tails. Only one in twenty is born with ears on the side of their head.

Dryad: Their skin can be a range of earth toned colors, along with their hair, but one thing amongst dryads remains the same; Plant life of any form grows upon them, usually from their head. If a dryad becomes powerful enough, usually from the strength of their tree, they'll grow roses, which is considered a sign of nobility in their race. They can have pointed ears like Human, but their anatomy is completely different to any other race, making breeding impossible.

Ikeri: Dofeli and Ikeri both vary in appearance, from almost entirely feline - albeit a bit larger - to rather Human with a few feline traits. The more Human Ikeri have short fur, as their Dofeli cousins do, but they are still adapted for colder climates. As agile and dexterous as their cousins, Ikeri prefer a slower way of life, taking everything in stride. Ikeri are strong, incredibly so, and use their strength to enhance their speed and jumping ability. They're very willful, and shy unless it's necessary not to be, stubborn, prideful, but loyal and affectionate to those deemed trustworthy.

Khaniite: Khaniite are what ancient Human’s called Naga. Usually human-looking from the hips up, with the sinuous, proportionately long body of a snake. The human portion is lean, rarely wider than the thickest part of the body, with exceptionally beautiful faces and delicate, long fingered hands. Khaniite always have unique patterns on their tails.

Sykoran: Generally appearing to be much like Humans, they are a sub-species of Draconian, though have nowhere near the power of their ancestors. Sykoran sport small horns on their heads at a young age, usually found on their foreheads just before their hairline, though they have been found to be in various places on their heads as well, but there is always a pair, though it isn't uncommon to find a Sykoran to have four or six horns instead of just two. As they become stronger and as they age, these horns get longer and longer, the way they grow all depends upon the individual, thusly each is unique. Sykoran usually have red-brown[Maroon] skin, though they are known to have skin tones varying through the numerous shades of red and even a few shades of brown. One notable aspect of the Sykoran appearance is that many of them, once they reach a certain age, begin to sprout small spikes on their shoulders, forearms, back, and legs that appear to be much like their horns. They also have tails, ranging from thick and strong tails to thin and nimble tails, depending upon the physical strength of the individual along with the gender, with males generally having longer, thicker and strong tails while females have slightly shorter and thinner, yet nimbler tails. All Sykoran learn to control the movement of their tails at a young age, though they are born with the ability to move them.

Appearance:
Face: Severon appears sad the majority of the time, or uncaring, this is emulated through the rather dull expression he wears most of the time.
Hair: Silver hair, hair longer at the back, hanging down to mid back, between the shoulder blades. Bangs shorter around the ears and front of face, kept out of his eyes.
Eyes: The Crimson right eye gives off a feeling of hatred and madness, as though his mind is broken. The Golden left eye gives off the complete opposite feelings, warmth, love and understanding.
Clothing: Custom black coat and various custom clothing pieces, a black long-sleeved vest that bears the kanji of Shadow in vibrant silver, covering abdominal body armor atop a fishnet shirt. Half-coat attached to the vest, a pair of black hakama. Black shin guards and military styled boots. Tightly-wrapped bandages over right hand. Auto-mail arm replaces the entirety of his left side, fitted with small armaments and a wrist-blade.
Body: Athletic, having quite a lot of muscle definition, but not really showing through his clothing. A single black-scaled tail protrudes from his rear, 2 bone horns extending just above his temples and curving back over his cranium.
Mask: Severon wears a dragon half-mask over the lower half of his face, showing a dragon’s nose and fangs covering his mouth and nose. This is rarely equipped.
Noticeable Markings: Two thick whisker-like black marks on his left cheek. Others cannot be seen.

NOTE: Severon learns to adapt when fighting, thusly he becomes stronger the longer someone fights him.
