I can totally see England liking butterscotch or pistachio flavored ice cream.
As for America, I can actually see him liking Superman ice cream.
Japan would like matcha ice, I think.

Russia does not like the cold, so I doubt he'd consume such an icy treat very often. xD
When he does, I think he'd choose vanilla mint ice cream, with those little pieces of chocolate in them~
I honestly don't know what kind Japan would like, but I know he comes up with crazy flavors. Such as fish. And octopus. And squid. And ox tongue.

XD Went to Japan Last spring break and saw flavors like miso, green tea, and sakura (cherry blossom; not cherry flavor though). I would say either green tea (because its a REALLY common flavor in Japan) or sakura (Light; sweet and haven't seen it anywhere else)
