Nope. The only way I could see how that the baby could get pregnant is if she had some sort of deformity that led to her sex organs developing way too quickly. Even then, I'm kind of iffy about it. That's not going to happen with a NORMAL baby.

And yes, it's fine to have sex when you're pregnant. You'll probably want to be gentle since it'll feel uncomfortable in certain positions and stuff. Some guys actually have a pregnant women fetish.
