Swallowing will go into your stomach and digest it. I believe the only chance you have of getting pregnant is if you pee it out, and some undigested sperm might land in your uterus. I don't know anything about the woman body, so don't blame me if you get pregnant. And from the smell of it, sperm might taste like boogers and sweat.
