I used Feraligatr, level...43, I think. It knew Ice Fang, which was useful against Claire's three Dragonair. The only trouble I had was against Kingdra since it's Dragon and Water. There isn't any real advantage against that combo, so you'll have to try different things. I just stuck with Crunch and Slash for the most part. Full Heal or Paralyz Heal here, watch out for Lightning-type moves. Dragons are also weak against Rock-type moves, but it's risky to use them since Claire's dragons know Water-type moves as well.

Dragons have two weaknesses: Ice and Dragon. Rock would have been quite effective against Gyarados though. wink (Also dragonite if Clair had had any...she doesn't but I am just in Blackthorn now getting ready to take the Gym Challenge. I'm going south first to train more. ninja Although I suppose I could cheat and trade in a Dragon TM from my Platinum game....naw. Home-grown all the way for now. mrgreen

It was really boring. I did that 3 or 4 times. I used Ampharos for Kingdra, Typhlosion and Poliwhirl for Dragonairs and Red Gyarados for Gyarados. I dont wanna do it again.
