Hello Everyone! Please use this post to post your stories about challenging the Azalea Gym the Bug Type gym. Please say which pokemon you used, How many times it might have taken to beat the gym leader, anything else interesting that might have happen, and any tips you might have for defeating the Gym Leader.

Cyndaquil users would have burned through this Gym easy.
However, seeing as I had totodile....
Well, get a bird. I had Spearow. Totodile had the strength of his jaws, and butterfree can put 'em to sleep and have Confusion, and being part Flying has extra resistance to Bug attacks. Just watch out for them also poisoning or paralyzing your pokemon in return.
Took one try, but bear in mind I used to play the old games obssessively, so he wasn't really that hard to figure out.

Feather Kana Cyndaquil users would have burned through this Gym easy. Yup, it was easy. 3nodding

I beat this Gym with Eevee and Cyndaquil. After reseting 3 times because Bugsy's Scyther used focus energy and then quick attack and landed criticial hits twice, I beat Him.
