Honestly, everybody has motivation in one way or another just as there are many different ways of thinking. Proof that everybody has motivation is that you would have to be pretty motivated to be unmotivated if you were to mean to be unmotivated. I mean, just think about how hard a procrastinator has to work to come up with excuses for why he isn't doing what needs to be done. Something motivates everybody, it just isn't always the same thing that is motivating different people.
