Holyyy craaaap...

Today was the first time in like... I dunno, a year that I really, really pigged out on nothing but sugar and fat. I feel sluggish, sick, and overall very, very icky... Jesus Christ, I want to puke.

Remember kids: When you eat healthy for like... 1 - 2 years, it's hard to go back to eating bags of sugar for even a single day.

No more sweets, fatty foods or iced coffee for me for a while. xd

This ever happen to you guys?

Happened once when my mom decided to be an a** and make me eat "healthy food". But feeling sick after eating something good was better than feeling alright after eating something that tasted like cardboard IMO.
