I would recommend +Anima, D.N. Angel, Alice 19th, and Vampire Knight.
+Anima: The plot revolves around four +Anima children: Cooro, Husky, Senri, and Nana. Brought together by their +Anima powers, they search for others like themselves and a place to belong. Along the way, they encounter villains and friends alike, as well as other +Anima.
In the +Anima fantasy world, Astaria, some humans have an unusual gift that grants them the ability to morph one or more of their body parts, such as limbs, into a form of an animal's body part. Some are capable of even more radical changes, such as growing wings or full-body transformation. When inactive, the morphed areas revert back to normal, leaving the person's clothing and body completely untouched. The only visual mark of this ability appears on the body of the person, in the form of a black tattoo-like marking. +Anima are not treated kindly by the normal humans. Therefore, when some are treated bad enough or have a taken over neglected feeling, their anima often takes over them. Here's a link:
+Anima (My opinion: I think this is a really cute manga, it does have some action but a lot of it has to do with loyalty and friendship it seems childish in some areas, but I would recommend it to anyone!)
D.N.Angel: Daisuke Niwa is a 14-year-old boy who has a special genetic ability: whenever he sees or thinks about his crush, Risa Harada, he turns into the infamous phantom thief Dark. Satoshi Hiwatari is a student at the same school as Daisuke and the Harada twins, as well as the Commander of the police force who is heading the investigation on Dark. D.N.Angel (My opinion: This manga balances romance, action, adventure, and fantasy really well! It is a great manga and my favorite so far (well, except for Naruto

Alice 19th: The story follows Alice Seno, a fifteen-year-old girl forever in the shadow of her older sister Mayura, who achieves in everything she undertakes. At her school Alice becomes known as "Mayura's little sister". Older girls, judging Alice too meek to retaliate, torment her relentlessly.
Alice harbors a deep affection for Kyô Wakamiya, a handsome upperclassman who is on the archery team with Mayura. On the way to school one day, Alice rescues a white rabbit from the road despite the danger to herself, but she is rescued by Kyô and receives from the rabbit a bracelet with a single red stone. The rabbit she saves, however, is no ordinary rabbit. The rabbit reveals her true form to Alice and introduces herself as Nyozeka. Alice is told that she is destined to become a Lotis Master. The Lotis Masters use the power of words and communication to enter the Inner Heart of others. It is a powerful ability to be used carefully as Alice soon finds out.

Alice 19th (my opinion: I haven't read this for a while, but like it enough to put it on here! Warning though, it does show nakedness...The plotline is great and I like the ideas the author puts in here!)
Vampire Knight: Yuuki Cross' earliest memory is of being all alone on a snowy night in winter, when she was attacked by an evil "Level E" vampire and saved by a powerful but kind vampire named Kaname Kuran. Afterward, Yuuki is then brought to Kaien Cross, who adopts her. Kaien Cross is the Headmaster of Cross Academy and is also an ex-vampire hunter who now wishes for vampires and humans to live alongside peacefully. Yuuki grows up to become a prefect AKA: "guardian" for the school, which is running an experimental program that is trying to prove that vampires can coexist peacefully with humans. The human students of the "Day Class" are not aware that their counterparts in the "Night Class" are all actually vampires. Only the prefects know the truth. Link:
Vampire Knight (my opinion: I've seen all the anime and read a lot of the manga, but not all! I would recommend it if you like the "goth romance" kind of thing. Yuuki seems like she needs to train a little better so she doesn't always get into trouble (lol!) Anyways, this is probably the most dramatic manga/anime I've read.)
