Okay, I'll participate! 3nodding I don't usually like doing things for St. Patrick's Day, not because he wasn't great or anything, but mostly because there's too much emphasis on wearing green, pinching anyone who doesn't, drinking, and even more stuff I can't think of right now. rolleyes
Anyway, I'll stay this way for a while...not sure EXACTLY how long, though.

I'm afraid I'm not a Saint Patty's kind of gal. I'm about as un-Irish as a white chick can get.
I think also the fact it's a drinking holiday just doesn't jive with me, ya know? I have nothing against people drinking as long as they're not stupid about it. But people are very stupid about this holiday. The constant sirens make it hard for a gal to get a good night's sleep- that I don't like.
I just wish people wouldn't drink and drive or be loud and obnoxious in residential areas.

Now that I think about it, it's been strangely quiet around here so far. I'm thinking all of the college kids have driven off to the nearby big city to get their drunk on.
