That you've come out of the closet. My friends suggest: Don't My plan: Don't tell them
For anybody that has gone through that... How did you tell your parents, how did they react, and how is your relationship with them now?

I'm not gay so I don't really know if my advice would work. You could try bringing a gay/bi friend of the opposite sex to your home to introduce to your parents, like just hang out like normal friends would. See how your parents react to someone with a different sexual preference and you'll get some idea of how your parents will react to you coming out.
You could also try hypothetical situations to test the water. Throw in a bunch of different scenarios so it doesn't seem too suspicious until you feel confident. Some random ideas for you to throw into the mix: "If I were born a girl, what would you have named me?" "What would you do if you had triplets?" "If dad was an astronaut, how do you think it'd affect your relationship?"
Choose not to tell if you don't feel safe doing so. For either choice, good luck!

I have not told my parents, but I am planning on telling them... When I'm 18 and already moving out. Just in case, you know?

I told my mom when I was 15, no, maybe even 14. I don't remember. She was okay with it, and told me that I might some day prove to be bi... But my mom is very okay with people's sexuality, herself being bi and knowing many homosexual people growing up.
