Some of the personal experiences I've had:
1. being crazy with my friends (on and off the mat) 2. getting my black belt 3nodding (as of right now I am a black belt 1st degree level 3- meaning I am a 1st degree with a green tip) 3. going to tournaments

i just had a crazy thing happen to me during a class. i am a very shy person and my master told me i had to lead the warm-up! i freaked out though everyone told me i did a good job.
another time in a tournament i was sparring this girl and she kicked me right across the face. it took like 4 months for my nose to stop hurting.

Those sparring injuries doesn't sound good... the only two memorable sparring things that's happened to me is getting struck in the head by a spinning kick (during a drill/free sparring in class- not in a tournament)... I definitely learned the concept of making sure to have good distance in sparring that day. The other one's kinda funny... I once tried to slide back when my opponent kicked, but instead tripped over my foot and landed flat on my back. I was really embarrassed(and sore), but got up and said, "I meant to do that!" and continued on sparring.

Wow. A 6 hour class for black belt testing... that sounds pretty long. When I did do the 5 hour class, it was all I could do to not keep from flopping down on the mat during the last hour. sweatdrop But once it was over, I knew there was no turning back from getting a black belt. And yeah, inuyasha10864 and I go to the same school(dojang). Only thing is, I'm taking a hiatus from training this month until December since I'm about to start college. crying I'm gonna miss it.
(OOC: I have to go get lunch... so be back in like a few minutes)

even doing a four hour class is rough if you do it with a killer headache. 2 days before my 4 hour class i miss landed a roll and crunched my head. my head killed me the next two days. course it didn't help that the day after my mislanding i went to school and had a girl sitting across from me in my one class screaming slime ball in my face.

Isn't tkd fun? lol My worst expierence happened when i was doing a forward stance. no joke. i just went into the stance and my knee popped out of place. it set me back 3 months in my training.
